On March 4 in Mumbai, the Women’s Premier League (WPL) will begin play in its first season.

Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Giants will play each other in the opening game of the tournament at the DY Patil Stadium. On March 26, the summit match will take place at Brabourne Stadium.

All five competing teams have released their uniforms in advance of the tournament’s debut.

1. Royal Challengers Bangalore

The Bangalore-based franchise’s women’s clothing line features the colours red and black. For the jersey, RCB secured sponsors like Dream11 and Puma.

2. Mumbai Indians

The coral tones of the setting sun against the bay’s blue sky served as the inspiration for MI’s WPL club shirt. The tremendous intensity of the sun’s beams is reflected in the gold ray designs down the waistline.

3. Gujarat Giants

To avoid having a plain design, the Ahmedabad-based franchise’s jersey is created in Orange and has dots printed on the bottom.

The right side of the abdomen region also features a lioness similar to the one in their emblem howling.

4. UP Warriorz

The jersey’s dominant colour is yellow, with the sleeves being highlighted by a deep shade of purple.

5. Delhi Capitals

Similar to their men’s team shirt in the Indian Premier League, DC’s women’s uniform features a red and blue colour scheme (IPL). The team crest is located on the left side of the jersey’s front, which features the tiger face from the Capitals’ emblem.
